The Setup Suit is not designed for angry swarms of yellowjackets. It's intended to offer you protection while you setup your trap AT NIGHT or IN THE EARLY MORNING. Yellowjackets are not flying much at this time. If one should come after you, the suit will afford you some protection as you remove yourself from the location of the nest.
